Who we are
Poker Passport is an app for live poker players, published by Jagaad. This policy explains what information the app and this website collect, why, and how you can control it. Poker Passport is an independent product with its own identity.
Information we collect
Account information: your email address, full name, and an optional phone number when you create an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email they share with us.
Session and bankroll data: the live poker sessions you track, including casino or venue name, stakes, buy ins, results, hours played, and any mental state, event, or expense tags you choose to add.
Location data: with your permission, we read your device location at check in to certify a session as GPS verified. Certification is optional. Declining it never blocks check in or tracking, it only means that session does not count toward Deals or Status.
Opponent notes: any notes, categories, or reads you write about other players are stored privately and tied to your account only.
Payment information: subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google through their in app purchase systems. We do not receive or store your card details.
Device and usage information: basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, and app version, used for crash reporting and keeping the app working correctly.
How we use your information
To provide the app itself: tracking your sessions, computing your bankroll and analytics, and showing your Status and Deal eligibility.
To operate subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.
To respond to support requests sent through the contact form or by email.
To keep the service secure and to diagnose and fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your opponent notes with anyone, including the player you wrote them about.
Who we share information with
Apple and Google, for sign in and for processing subscription payments.
Infrastructure providers that host our servers and database, under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.
Partner casinos, only for the minimum information needed to certify your participation in a Deal you have chosen to join, such as dates and volume played. We never share your opponent notes, hand histories, or full session history with a casino.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Poker Passport, our users, or others.
Data retention
We keep your account and session data for as long as your account is active, so your history stays available to you. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep certain records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app, or by writing to us at the email address below.
Children
Poker Passport is a tool for tracking real money gambling activity and is not directed at children. It is not intended for use by anyone under the minimum legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
